In today’s competitive environment, students often face unnecessary stress and pressure from a very early age. My belief is clear and simple:
Children should not be burdened with excessive academic pressure at least until Class 10.

Childhood is a time for exploration, creativity, and joyful learning — not anxiety and fear. When children are given the freedom to learn without pressure, they develop a natural interest in studies and perform better in the long run.

Up to Class 10, our focus should be on:

Building strong foundational concepts
Enhancing communication and critical thinking skills
Encouraging creativity, curiosity, and participation
Creating a positive and stress-free learning environment

The world is changing at its’ fastest pace. Modernization and globalization has brought the world into one big family today. The biggest challenge for us, as educators, is to prepare our students as global citizens to welcome the inevitable change with confidence and integrity. This is only possible when education is a commitment of quality based learning that stimulates all parts of a child’s brain (cognitive, co native and assertive) equally. SJWS is a quality–driven school, where excellence is by virtue of human values and success is not just an intellectual winning, but through confidence in self.

Our students have a fantastic mix of belief and knowledge that sets them apart from any other nation on Earth yet their potentials has gone untapped because of subjugations and docile environment. Every channel appears blocked by some obstacle or the other. We must understand that now is the time when we shall realize that the trapped energies and suppressed initiatives need to be freed and properly harnessed. Is it easy enough to accomplish? Every problem carry the seed of solution what urgent need we have is to identify and start working on it. To start developing the conviction in ourselves and discard the thing that holds us back. What better approach can I undertake tan to tell my students that they can have anything that comprises a good life; health and education; freedom to pursue their goals and above all peace.
